So Hip!

I'm on the Stamp Anniething blog today, showcasing some of the new products from the September release, and so I hope you like what I did with James - You're So Hip (he's an older stamp).

I think he's perfect for a Fall card - along with that Burlap stencil and Give Thanks dies, of course! The dies actually come with 3 additional separate leaves you can use!

Coloring details:

skin - E04, 13, 11, 21, 00, 000, R21

hair - E99, YR24, Y15, 11

green - YG99, 67, E87, 85, 81

jeans - B99, 97, 95, 41

shoes - YR27, 24, 100 

cell phone - 100, Y26

For my design, I did some no-lines coloring with James. To build the card, I first lightly sponged the stencil with Broken China Distress Oxide, then stamped the sentiment, layered up some oak leaves, and popped James on top. Voila!
